Sunrises
There is something about a sunrise that mesmerizes me. Whether it’s the looking forward to a new day, or the beauty of the sun and earth orbits and the light that results, a sunrise is an inspiring thing to witness.
Our house faces west, so our sunsets are often spectacular as they occur over the Bay of Fundy, but our sunrises take place over the woods and a lake to our east. Our place in Florida is on the Indian River, so sunrise there takes place over the river and often includes birds and other wildlife. We were travelling recently, and saw a very pretty sunrise over the hills in Virginia.
It’s all amazing, and I love being up early enough to take in the dawn!
