It’s brook trout season in Nova Scotia again, and so of course I’ve been out and about looking for them. As Robert Traver put it – “I fly fish because I love to; because I love the environs where trout are found, which invariably are beautiful”.
The brook shown yielded no trout on this day, but it was indeed wonderful to be there and make the attempt.
On a small stream, which indeed was beautiful.
