A Favourite Fishing Spot

End of the Season
Yesterday was the last day of Brook trout season, at least at this end of our fair Province, and so I went out to see if any of the little fishies wanted to play.
They did not.
Which is perfectly fine by me, as I simply then picked up my camera and got this image of the blue sky, interesting clouds and the meadow and marsh just beginning to show the colours of fall to come soon.
It is as Robert Travers, one of my favourite authors, wrote:
“I fish because I love to. Because I love the environs where trout are found, which are invariably beautiful.”
